All teams are required to pay the Tournament Entry Fee in full by 9:00pm the Wednesday prior to the tournament weekend.
Please note that the entry fee listed on the Tournament Schedule page is for mailed-in entry fees.

To pay online, visit USSSA.COM. Entry fees paid online will be an additional 5% credit card processing fee added to the entry fee by the National Office.

TOURNAMENT PROCEDURES
  1. Complete the Tournament Application.
  2. Verify your team is registered to participate in a USSSA event.
  3. Your team must have a current Roster entered online and valid Team Insurance.
  4. Print a current Team Roster and have it signed.
  5. Pay your Tournament Dues.
  6. Check-in* with the onsite Tournament Director at least 1-hour PRIOR to your 1st game.

(*Bring copies of your current players birth certificates and team insurance policy to check-in)
